An excellent selection of some of our favourite accompaniments to a dinner party. Invite some friends over and allow us to cater for every course. The buttery taste of Mendel Semillon can be enjoyed with most salads, sea food and fish dishes, so is a perfect wine for the start of the meal. Moving onto the beautiful and smooth Field Recordings Fiction red blend, a genuinely delicious blend from the USA, goes great with rich red sauces and steaks alike. Finishing with tasters’ choice Ferreira red port or one of the finest Hungarian Late Harvest dessert wines from Oremus Vega Sicilia. Only the best for you and your guests.

• 2 x Cottonworth English Sparkling Wine Classic Cuvée Brut - Refined, creamy sparkling wine that offers a brilliant balance between chalky, fruity/floral and yeasty, bready notes. The mousse is extremely fine and the palate dry without being austere. With impressive richness on the finish, this is one of England’s most complete traditional method wines.
• 2 x Chateau Minuty Prestige Cotes de Provence Rosé - Intense aromas of citrus and white flowers give way to flavours of grapefruits and red berries. There is texture and structure here and a saline, mineral streak running through the wine which gives substance and adds interest.
• 2 x Mendel Wines Semillon - Pale golden yellow, greenish at the rim. Fresh, elegant on the nose with medium intensity. It exhibits scents of acacia and white fruit like pear, pineapple and honey. The aromas contribute freshness and sweetness and make it an elegant and complex white wine. This wine displays a fine balance between freshness and aromatic complexity. Pleasant attack, unctuous on mid-palate. An elegant wine, with a velvety, lingering finish.
• 2 x Field Recordings Fiction Red - Pours the colour of darkest night. Heady aromas of blueberry pie, luxurious suede couches, ham paninis, unlit menthol cigarettes and Roquefort tarts. Firm tannins anchor flavours of grilled meats, cherry cola, sweet carob and black liquorice chews, all cased up together conveniently in a cigar humidifier. Drink now. You know you're going to, anyway.
• 2 x Ferreira Late Bottled Vintage Port - The intense aroma is dominated by very ripe black fruit (blackcurrant, blackberry and prune), along with chocolate, cocoa, floral aromas and a slight hint of spices (pepper). In the mouth it is a full-bodied wine with great balance between sweetness and richness of structure.
• 2 x Oremus Tokaji Late Harvest 50cl - Fruit-driven, with the perfect balance between tangy grapefruit, orange marmalade, root ginger and spicy oak, all given a lift on the finish by Furmint’s typical fresh acidity.
