A rich, intense, savoury, medium-bodied red wine from just outside Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Black fruit, liquorice and herbaceous notes on the nose and the palate. Pairs well with red meat, game and medium to mature cheeses.
Produced by Selon Frederick Bruniers and Daniel Bruniers at their home, just south of the village of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, the grapes for this lovely every day wine, are hand picked and de-stemmed before fermentation. The wine is aged for a year before being bottled. Versatile when pairing.
