Some Young Punks Quickie Sauvignon Blanc

A zingy, refreshing, fruity dry white wine with passionfruit, citrus grapefruit and herbaceous notes on the nose; passionfruit and lime citrus notes on the palate and mild asparagus finish. Easy drinking and will pair very nicely with seafood, fish, salads, soft cheeses or white meats. 

Wine Facts

A small vineyard (which will go unnamed to protect the innocent) in the Adelaide Hills. The fruit is picked to maximise freshness, thus a bit on the early side. 100% de-stemmed, crushed and pressed with the free run and press juice kept separately. The clear, thirst quenching juice is then racked and aged primarily in steel but with some in barrique.
