Diluvio Albariño

A crisp refreshing white wine with enchanting almond blossom and melon notes on the nose, zingy green apple and lemon citrus notes on the palate with a slight spritz. Easy drinking and pairs well with any white fish, seafood, white meat, salad or soft cheese. 

In common with many Albariño wines, the Diluvio grapes are selected from tiny garden parcels, where many of the vines are over 70 years old. The vines are not grafted onto root stock, and this gives the Diluvio wine an incredible purity of character.
