Vineyard & Wine Region Information
The Bursin family has been involved in wine making since the late 1930s. Agathe’s wine education started when she was a young girl, when her grandmother encouraged her to smell and taste wines at their vineyard and work out whether they were floral or fruity.
As a young woman she set out to gain experience in some of the most prestigious wine making regions, including Chablis and the Northern Rhone valley, before taking on her own vineyard in 2004.
Agathe has developed an enviable reputation for her wines over the years, and most of her vintages are sold ahead of bottling.
