An elegant and delicate, single vintage, traditional method sparkling wine. Salmon pink colour in the glass full of lots of tiny bubbles. Floral and red apple aromas lead to red apple & cranberry on the palate with a bright, fresh finish and lovely length.

Bolney Wine Estate is one of the longest established English vineyards and has been making award-winning English wines at its Sussex estate for over 35 years. Here at Bolney Wine Estate we work hard to produce award-winning premium red, white, rosé and sparkling English wines. Our dedicated teamwork throughout the year to ensure our vines are perfectly tended in order to yield the highest quality grapes.

Our Estate is located on the edge of the South Downs, about 14 miles from the UK’s South Coast, and comprises of five unique vineyard sites.
