South West of Carcassonne in the foothills of the Montagne d’Alaric, Henri Baronet produces this fresh fruity wine from a blend of Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah and Cinsault. His vines, some of which are more than 60 years old, are planted on terraced slopes and tended by hand. Selected as a ‘Top 100’ wine to showcase for wines from the Languedoc-Roussillon region.
