This Languedoc rosé is a testament to exceptional sunshine. Pressed directly without contact with the skins, it reveals a fleshy pink color worthy of a “Thigh of Nymph Emue” flower. The nose and mouth confirm this impression through notes of red berries, watermelon, and citrus fruits. You will get floral notes on the nose, along with strawberry and watermelon, which are also evident on the palate, an addition to rhubarb, pink grapefruit and apple. This wine is light, fresh and fruity. Very refreshing.
