White wine making in the Rhône valley has come on in leaps and bounds in recent years. More viscosity and richness here, but at the same time perfectly pure and fresh. This blend of Viognier, Rousanne and Clairette makes a lovely glass on its own and will pair well with fish, seafood, terrines, white meats and light sauces.
