Domaine Billard Saint-Aubin 1er Cru Les Castets

A rich, juicy, savoury medium-bodied red wine with mature red berry, tobacco and white pepper notes.  Easy drinking, yet will pair well with grilled oily fish, poultry and game dishes.

This fruity red from Saint-Aubin is produced with minimal intervention and therefore, no pesticides or herbicides are used in its production. The grapes are hand picked and still trodden in the traditional way prior to vinification.
