Domaine la Haute Fevrie Muscadet Sur Lie
A crisp and refreshing dry white wine with lemon citrus and mineral notes on the nose; citrus, mineral and flinty notes on the palate. Fabulous with seafood, we last tried this wine with moules mariniere and seafood linguini, and it was devine! Easy drinking and pairs well with fish, seafood, shellfish, salads, white meats and light sauces.
|Style||Crisp and refreshing dry white wine|

Vineyard & Wine Region Information
Now in the fourth generation of the same family, Claude Branger of Domaine la Haute Fèvrie produces a range of white wines from vines grown on the hills overlooking the Sèvre, between Saint-Flacre and Monnières.
‘Sur lie’ refers to the method of creating this wine. After the fermentation process the wine is allowed a period to rest on its lees (the spent yeast) and this allows it to develop more complex and pronounced flavours.
