x12 Bottle Price - £6.49
This is a step up from the 'oh so bland' bottles available on the market. Plenty of strawberry fruit flavours in this classic blush style, with that signature sweetness.
An attractive, light pink colour, the round, harmonious taste refreshes with juicy tones of ripe red fruits and wild berries, the sweetness of which is shaded by fresh acidity. A fresh aroma on the nose is dominated by notes of ripe red fruits, strawberries and cherries.
Pairs well with meat dishes prepared from beef, veal, lamb, as well as goat cheeses.
"Eagle Creek" Zinfandel Rose is a juicy, refreshing pink semi-sweet table wine, which is created using the Zinfandel grape variety grown in California vineyards. Harvested as the grapes reach the optimum level of ripeness. The berries are sorted and passed through a press, the wort is in short contact with the skin and then the fermentation process is started. As soon as the wine reaches the required level of residual sugar content, fermentation is stopped. The finished drink is filtered and bottled.
Eagle Creek Winery is located on the foothills of the Cascade Mountains in California, where the famous US symbols - eagles soar above the vineyards. The winery combines the owners' house, Edward and Patricia Routledge, a winery, a tasting room and a guest cottage. Edward and Patricia are rightly proud of their highest quality wines. Ed Rutledge, an Eagle Creek winemaker, personally picks grapes from his own and other excellent Columbia Valley vineyards in Washington. The mission of the economy is to create world-class wines at affordable prices.
