Two Champagne producers founded Philippe Hérard in 1972, applying their expertise to create a high quality sparkling wine using the traditional Champagne method. Philippe Hérard are situated just south of Champagne. They purchase base wines from a wide variety of French regions in order to capture the specific flavours and profiles desired. The impact of different microclimates, soil types and topography creates a vast palette of flavours for them to manipulate and blend.
