• GERMAN BEER: Rothaus Eiszäpfle is a seasonal favourite, traditionally brewed in the winter, but enjoyed all year round by beer lovers. Crafted from regional barley malt, soft brewing water, and the best aromatic hops from the Tettnang and Hallertau regions, creating this golden amber lager with a full body and a moderate bitter taste.
• APPEARANCE & AROMA: Rothaus Eiszäpfle has a mid-range white head, and a clear, richly glowing gold colour. The high gravity and somewhat mild hopping ensure the pronounced malty notes, with scents of biscuit, fresh bread and herbs, such as chives and parsley, with a small hint of lime zest.
• FLAVOUR: These beers are marked by notes of fresh bread and biscuits, exposed by the creamy carbonation, and brings in pleasant, hoppy bitterness, with a little herbal touch at the very end. Features a mild bitterness that comes through stronger with every sip, without ever becoming overwhelming.
