• APPEARANCE & FLAVOUR: These beers have a pure-white, long lasting head, and a pale gold colouring with a slight natural cloudiness. Delivers the distinct Rothaus signature aroma, fresh Alpine meadow, accentuated by light grain and notes of yeast, with a hint of lemon.
• FRESH TASTING: Upon first sip, you immediately notice a very fine carbonation that is well incorporated, almost like bottle-fermented beers. Accompanied by a perfect body, the beer fizzes as it settles into the mouth. Then appears the hoppy aromas, the Tettnang aromatic hops in particular provides refreshing, citrus notes. It finishes with the introduction of a light honey note, that pairs beautifully with the modest body, and flashes of bitterness, which is recognisable but not overpowering.
