• 1 x Alliance Loire de Chanceny Cremant de Loire Brut - Elegant and fresh bouquet with floral overtones. A rounded structure and an elegant follow-through. Lovely aftertaste, with hints of fresh pears and peaches.
• 1 x Anna de Codorniu Brut Cava - A medium-sweet sparkling red wine with blackcurrant, bramble and spice notes. Easy drinking and will pair well with hors d'oeuvres made with foie gras or soft goats cheese.
• 1 x Cloudy Bay Pelorus Sparkling - Pelorus NV is produced using traditional vinification techniques, and only the free-run juice is used to ensure maximum softness and elegance. The final blend of Pelorus NV is aged on its lees for two years prior to disgorging. From a Chardonnay-dominant blend of selected vintages, this is a fresh, apéritif style of sparkling wine. Crisp apple flavours are backed up by a nutty, yeasty complexity from its time on lees. Well chilled this is a cracking partner to crab pasta.
• 1 x Digby Fine English Sparkling NV - A light and refreshing sparkling wine with citrus and brioche notes on the nose and the palate. Easy drinking, and pairs well with hors d'oeuvres or fried dishes.
• 1 x La Jara Veneto Prosecco Frizzante - A very classy, softly sparkling, organic Prosecco with plenty of flavour.
• 1 x Villa Domiziano Frizzante Rosato - A light, fruity, refreshing sparkling rosé wine with a very light mousse which just tickles the tongue. Delicate strawberry, cherry and floral notes - delicious! Easy drinking and pairs well with sweeter shellfish and lobster.
