    At Twelve Green Bottles, we offer a wide selection of wines, including red, white, rosé, sparkling, and dessert wines. We carefully source our wines from small, independent vineyards, ensuring quality and sustainability.

  2. Do you offer vegan or organic wines?
    Yes, we offer a range of vegan and organic wines. Our vegan wines are made without animal-derived fining agents, and our organic wines are produced from vineyards that avoid synthetic chemicals. You can easily filter for these wines on our website.

  3. How should I store my wine?
    Store your wine in a cool, dark place with a stable temperature between 12°C and 18°C. Bottles with corks should be stored on their sides to keep the cork moist and prevent spoilage.

  4. Can I send wine as a gift?
    Yes, we offer a gift-wrapping service and the option to include a personalized message with your order. At checkout, simply select the gift option, and we’ll make sure your gift is beautifully packaged and sent directly to the recipient.

  5. What is your delivery policy?
    We offer free UK delivery on orders over £100. For orders under this value, delivery charges apply. Next-day delivery is available for an additional fee, with a cut-off time of 2 p.m. for same-day dispatch. Please note, we do not offer weekend delivery.   6. Do you offer Click & Collect?
    Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service. Our only available location to collect your wine is at 19-20 Sandleheath Ind. Estate, Fordingbridge, Hampshire, SP6 1PA. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.

  7. Do you ship internationally?
    No, we currently only deliver within the UK.

  8. What is your return policy?
    We accept returns of unopened bottles within 14 days of delivery if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Please visit our Terms & Conditions page for more details on returns.
