Chai rum with aromas of grass and herbs mingle oak, while the palate bursts with great spices, culminating in a long, spicy, and hot finish. Aromatic and punchy, perfect for mixing.

Perfect serve: Ginger beer with a squeeze of orange.

 

1 x State of Rum – 47% ABV Salted Caramel Apple Flavoured Rum 70cl

Initial burst of sweet caramel, quickly tempered by the bright tang of apple. A subtle hint of sea salt dances on the edge of sweetness, while oaky notes round out the flavour.

Perfect serve: Lemonade and apple juice.

 

 

The rum - crafted from a 75% gold rum; a blend of Caribbean rums, aged for 3-5 years, contributing to rums rich depth and smoothness.

It all began in a small pub in Cambridgeshire. I wanted to create a rum that I could truly enjoy, whether it be mixed with a cocktail or on it's own. So fuelled by my profound love for rum and a desire to share something special with everyone, I took the leap into crafting small-batch flavoured rum.  As a single mum, I embraced the risk of starting this venture from scratch and worked tirelessly to get that perfect product that I am PROUD to share today.  Creating something with diverse profiles and the complexity of spiced variants the rums are more than just the taste. They are great social tools and great to unwind with.
