This organic red wine pair from Zensa features two full-bodied wines from Puglia. • 1 x Nero do Troia - A rich and full-bodied organic red wine made from 100% Nero di Troia grapes. Bursting with flavours of blackcurrant, plum and subtle spice, with velvety tannins and a long, smooth finish. Perfect with grilled meats, pasta dishes and aged cheeses.

• 1 x Organic Primitivo - Intense ruby-red colour, with a complex bouquet, reminiscent of cherries, dried berries and toasted almonds. In the mouth it is full-bodied yet smooth and elegant with a silky texture. The finish is long and lingering, with a burst of spiced cherries and bright fruit and earthiness at the end.
