Mosaic Pale Ale is a showcase for an exciting American hop by the same name; and just like its name suggests, there is a complexity and a vibrancy to its profile. It provides a real mosaic of fruity and floral characteristics, that quickly made it a favourite in the brewing world. We’ve used a base of light malts to really lets those bold hop flavours and aromas shine, enabling you to discover something different with every sip.

This fresh, hop-forward favourite provides a mosaic of aromatic fruit and floral flavours. You’ll find notes of mango, peach, lemon, gooseberry, and pine - all from the use of marvellous Mosaic hops.

Mosaic Pale Ale is part of our Jack Brand range of beers. They give a firm nod to many years of Adnams brewing heritage, at the same time as introducing modern styles, flavours, and recipes. Mosaic is a US hop that was first released in 2012. It is the offspring of Simcoe (with its stone fruit, citrus and pine notes) and Nugget (with its woody, resiny bitterness). Hop producers took the key attributes of these varieties to provide a crisp, clean bitterness and some outstanding fruity/floral flavours and aromas.
