Adnams Stellenbosch South African Chenin Blanc 75cl

A complex and lingering Chenin Blanc, from the celebrated winemakers at De Morgenzon. Produced from old vines on granite and sandstone soil, cooled by sea breezes, where the vines are treated to baroque music 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which the winemaker swears improves the quality of the wine. The tunes certainly seem to be doing the trick, as this deliciously complex white is a real stunner.

Subject to 4-6 month of lees ageing for added complexity.

Rich notes of green apple, stone fruits and delicate hints of honey are well-integrated with a long finish. The perfect accompaniment to scallops and seafood.
