Blanco Niño is an Irish producer of traditional corn tortilla chips. The team uses the Aztec cooking method known as nixtamalisation to create their chips and continues to work with small heritage producers in Mexico.

Blue Corn 170g - Blue corn tortilla chips with Amaranth. We use the ancient Aztec cooking method known as nixtamalisation. Each batch takes three days, producing a truly authentic texture and flavour. For these chips, the amaranth is sourced from a small heritage farmer located in Milpa Alta, which overlooks Lake Texcoco. br>
Chilli & Lime 170g - White corn tortilla chips with Ancho Chilli and Zesty Lime. We use the ancient Aztec cooking method known as nixtamalisation. Each batch takes three days, producing a truly authentic texture and flavour. We source our Ancho Chilli from a heritage farmer in Puebla, who we’re proud to partner with. br>
Creamy Jalapeño 170g - White corn tortilla chips with our creamy jalapeño and fresh herb seasoning. We use the ancient Aztec cooking method known as nixtamalisation. Each batch takes three days, producing a truly authentic texture and flavour. These chips are wonderfully creamy with a subtle tang complimented by the tingling warmth from the jalapeño chilli. br>
Lightly Salted 170g - White corn tortilla chips with Celestún Salt. We use the ancient Aztec cooking method known as nixtamalisation. Each batch takes three days, producing a truly authentic texture and flavour. For these chips, we source our salt from a social enterprise in Yucatán. br>
