• BLIND TIGER - A blind tiger is another name for a speakeasy: a hidden bar where alcohol was served during Prohibition - it was said ‘Stare the Blind Tiger in the eye and you’ll be roaring for more’.
• UNMATCHED CRAFTMANSHIP - Distilled in small batches in the back room of a concealed distillery in the Western part of Belgium, our botanicals are macerated & distilled in a copper pot still- the double distilled cubeb pepper is added afterwards.
• IMPERIAL SECRETS - With tea from India, the Himalayas and China, the addition of carefully selected lemon peel, lemongrass, bitter almond & grains of paradise gives Imperial Secrets its warming spiciness, which lingers on the tongue.
• TASTING NOTES - Opens up with a complex nose of matured grain spirit and juniper, while notes of spice and bitter almond hang in the background. Floral notes from the tea intersperse a palate of citrus, lemon and the warm glow of black tea.
• THE PERFECT SERVE - Blind Tiger Imperial Secrets’ smooth and balanced complexity is best enjoyed neat, over ice or paired with a clean and smooth tonic. The full flavour also complements a ginger ale and makes a star appearance in a hot toddy.
