Casa Araujo by Bodega Araujo – 14% ABV Mendoza Cask Chardonnay 75cl

Our Roble Chardonnay presents a clear and bright yellow colour. On the nose, it is intensely complex and perfectly balanced, combining the white fruit notes typical of the variety, such as apples and pears, with its time in French oak barrels with different toasts to achieve aromatic balance. The result is notes of honey, vanilla, and stewed pears, with balanced tannins. On the palate, we find balanced acidity, a sweet entry, a fresh finish, and great persistence that lingers for a long time after the first sip.
