Our Cabernet Sauvignon is a violet-coloured wine with great intensity and brilliant colour. On the nose, it presents typical aromas of bell peppers, black pepper, and leather, indicating a nervous and characterful wine, yet extremely well-balanced. On the palate, it fulfils the promise made on the nose, with firm tannins but no harsh edges, finding the balance between sweet sensations, acidity, and the rusticity of this Cabernet Sauvignon.
