Inspired by Korea and crafted in Dublin, this medium-heat sauce is made with over 50% gochujang chilli paste, blended with rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, garlic and cider vinegar for the perfect balance of tang, savoury umami and gentle heat.

Ideal as a dipping sauce, marinade or cooking ingredient, it's perfect with fried chicken, wings, noodles, rice bowls, burgers, BBQ dishes and grilled vegetables.
