The Curious Brewery was originally established in 2011 and we opened our state-of-the-art brewing facility in Ashford, Kent in 2019. The Curious Brewery was originally owned by Chapel Down, a leading English wine producer. Now independent, our new brewery can ferment over 2700 HL (over 1 million pints) and has state of the art bottling, canning and keg filling machines. A restaurant and full bar on site compliments the overall experience for our customers and guests
