A refreshing floral and citrusy Sauvignon Blanc with mineral notes, from the heart of Sancerre. This Sancerre wine can be drunk on its own or used to accompany white meat and fish dishes or cheese.

Domaine Sylvain Bailly is situated in Bué, a village in the heart of the Sancerre region. It has been family owned for generations and was joined in 2007 by Sylvain's grandaughter Sonia, who is now helping her parents Marie Hélène and Jacques.
