A light and refreshing dry rosé with fresh, ripe, red berry, floral rose and mineral notes on the nose and palate. Easy drinking, and will pair well with fish and poultry dishes, as well as pasta and charcuterie. 

Domaine Sylvain Bailly is a family run business based in Bué, in the heart of the wine producing region of Sancerre. Marie Hélène and Jacques have followed on from Sylvain, running the business for more than 20 years and in 2007 their daughter, Sonia, joined the team.
