Einsiedler Brauhaus GmbH is a medium-sized brewery in Chemnitz. It was founded in 1885 in Einsiedel by the Chemnitz-based mechanical engineering industrialist Emil Schwalbe and experienced a varied history throughout the 20th century. Einsiedel is a small village at the foot of the Ore Mountains in Saxony. It was incorporated into Chemnitz in 1996 and is now part of the city.
