Chocolate Harrogate Rum is made using the finest cocoa nibs. These are soaked in our award winning Rum and blended with Harrogate Spring Water, then rested to mature over time, giving a unique and indulgent flavour.

Harrogate Tipple has been a purveyor of premium alcoholic beverages since 2016.

 We are a small batch, family-run distillery based in the beautiful and historical Ripley Castle Estate in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. We are passionate about our products and the environment, which is why we strive to keep everything as local as possible, with sustainability at the forefront of our minds. 

 Our award-winning gins are expertly made by our Grand Master Distiller, Tom Nichol, whose experience in the gin industry has amassed over 45 years. Tom has created many world-famous drinks, such as Tanqueray 10. Every drink he produces for Harrogate Tipple is handcrafted with extreme care and attention to detail.

 We make our drinks with 100% Harrogate Spring Water. This is evident in the clean, crisp, and exceptionally smooth taste of all of our drinks. We are the only company in the world with permission to use this famous water in the production of all our drinks.
