HMS Spirits – Elizabeth London Dry Gin 70cl

A unique take on our classic London Dry gin. Our Elizabeth gin is expertly distilled in small batches using a traditional copper pot still to ensure quality.

 We use a British wheat grain spirit as the base, as this produces a smooth, rich flavour that allows for the delicate essential oils and flavours to cover the palate. Fresh citrus notes and warmth from the juniper are complemented by a natural elderflower distillate, producing light flowery and honey-like tones, whilst ensuring a crisp, palate-cleansing finish.

 Best served over ice, with premium Indian or elderflower tonic water, garnished with a slice of orange, and a few juniper berries. It's perfect for cocktails, like the Spiked Apple.
