Small and lively bubbles burst onto the tongue. A smooth mousse and subtle wild apples and pear fruits exude from the palate with a refreshing lift on the finish. Fit for a celebration, though ideal for a toast on any occasion.

Winemakers Notes – It is brilliant, straw yellow with greenish hues. Velvety, fresh, well balanced and lively with a retro elegant taste. Harmonious, fruity and reminiscent of rennet apples. Ideal as an aperitif to be served with a buffet of all kinds.

Can be enjoyed with Shellfish, Vegetarian Cuisine, Appetizers and Cured Meats

Traditionally served as an aperitif, Prosecco can also be enjoyed with salty cured meats, caviar or even your favourite dessert. Prosecco generally comes from Veneto, in North Eastern Italy and gets its name from the small village, where it is fermented almost solely from the Glera grape. Most prosecco is non-vintage, which means it doesn’t come with a year of production on the label.

The La Delizia company was established in 1931, our roots come from a long history of tradition and passion that continues and evolves with the market. A deep-rooted wine-making experience combined with a strong drive for innovation has resulted in La Delizia being a leading company in the world of sparkling wines. We have 450 members, and we are the largest wine producer in the region. The strength of our cooperative lies in the ability to guarantee an integrated production chain from the vineyard, to the bottling process.
