The Maisel’s Weisse Original is a refreshing hefeweizen that is brewed in accordance with the Bavarian wheat ale traditions. The Brauerei Maisel is a prominent regional brewery in Franconia and has been brewing solid examples of the local style since 1886.

Classic aromas and flavours include banana, clove, orange zest and perhaps even a subtle floral note are obvious right from the start. A cleansing carbonation gives a liveliness and creaminess to this light-bodied wheat ale. Refreshingly dry with a certain tartness it’s the flavours and the finish that make the Maisel’s Weisse a fantastic drink.
