A crisp, refreshing, light-bodied dry white wine with white peach and lemon citrus notes on the nose and the palate. Easy drinking and pairs well with lightly flavoured foods such as salads, white meats, fish or soft cheeses.
Prima Alta located in the north eastern Italian region of Veneto stretching from the Dolomite Mountains to the Adriatic Sea. The must is not left on the skins to avoid acquiring their rust-red colour. After soft-pressing the must is left to ferment for about 8-12 days at a low temperature between 15°-17° C. in stainless steel vats. The wine is then stored at 18°-20° C in special stainless steel tanks until bottling.
