Pure Prosecco

A light, fruity, refreshing, sparkling wine produced in accordance with organic principles, although not certified organic, with delightful apple blossom aromas and zingy apple, pear and honey notes on the palate. Easy drinking, and pairs well with lightly flavoured dishes and fried fish, meats or vegetables.

Produced by the Botter family, a wine producer with roots dating back to 1938. Their Divici estate is a relatively new site created to develop their range of wines from Veneto, with 100 hectares of newly planted organic vineyards and a cellar with a state of the art wine making system.
