Champagne Cocktail
Ingredients:
- Cube of sugar
- Bitters - Ideally orange
- 40ml of Reverend Hubert Winter Gin Liqueur
- Prosecco or Champagne
- Maraschino cherry
Method:
Place the sugar cube in your glass and sprinkle dashes of the bitters onto the sugar - orange bitters are a super wow here if you have them. Next add the Reverend Hubert Winter Gin Liqueur. Top up with Prosecco or Champagne. Finally drop in a maraschino cherry.
The Reverend's Negroni
Ingredients:
- 30ml Reverend Hubert Winter Gin Liqueur
- 30ml sweet Vermouth (Cocchi Vermouth di Torino or Cinzano 1757 Rosso)
- 30ml Campari
- A twist of Clementine zest
Method:
Pour the Reverend Hubert Winter Gin Liqueur, the Vermouth and the Campari into a cocktail shaker with ices and shake vigorously; strain into a chilled glass over ice - a thin layer of foam will form like a winter's frost on the surface. Garnish with a slice of clementine zest, twist to release the oil.
Hot Gin Punch
Ingredients:
- 100ml Reverend Hubert Winter Gin Liqueur
- 50ml Oloroso Sherry
- 200ml cranberry juice
- One lemon slice
- One orange slice
Method:
Gently warm the cranberry juice in a pan for three minutes with the lemon and orange slices before the Winter Gin Liqueur and Sherry. Continue to warm for another two to three minutes until you can smell the lovely flavours. Garnish with lemon peel. Pour and enjoy...
