Tenjaku Whisky is a melodious blend of malt and grain whiskies, masterfully distilled and blended in Japan.

Using only natural ingredients, carefully selected unprocessed whiskies and pure, naturally volcanic filtered spring water are expertly blended to create this distinctive whisky that embodies that harmony derived from Japanese nature and craftmanship.


TENJAKU CRAFT GIN

Tenjaku Gin captures the essence of Japan.

The craft spirit is created with the addition of the indigenous yuzu fruit and distinctive balance of locally sourced botanicals sansho pepper, green tea and Yamanshi peaches. This smooth and flavourful gin has been awarded ISWC Bronze 2023 - 85 points.

Serve with pink peppercorn tonic to bring the delicate pepperiness to the forefront - 50ml Tenjaku Craft Gin, 150ml Pink Peppercorn Tonic Water, Ice, and a pinch of pink peppercorns to garnish! Enjoy.


TASTING NOTES

  • AROMA - The nose begins on a subtle yuzu note, followed by notes of honey and juniper, with a creamy richness.
  • PALATE - Star anise and fennel seed, followed by spices. You’ll also notice flavors of anise candy coating, frosted fruit cake, honey butter, and pine sap.
  • FINISH - There is a smooth, engaging, medium-length finish with accents of lemon and papaya custard, pink peppercorn, and tea.

This polished and mellow gin excels in creamy gin cocktails and offers a well-rounded, earthy experience.


THE FAMED PURE WATER OF FUEFUKI

Water can be said to be the “soul” of whisky. Fuefuki sits atop an alluvial fan system into which the excellent natural water from the Misaka mountain range flows.

It is from 250 meters below this land that pure underground water is drawn.

Filtered through porous volcanic rock, it is perfect for dilution when creating blended whiskies.

Velvety smooth, slightly alkaline in nature. The moderate mineral content present in the water creates a whisky that is smooth and easy to drink and a well balanced flavour.
