Grown in the beautifully sunny (sometimes hellishly hot) south of France, the vineyards lie on clay-limestone soil which is deviously perfect for keeping the grapes bathing in the sun, but also invitingly fresh. Cooling sea and mountain breezes help to protect the grapes and assist the development of the delicate fruit and blossom aromas and bright acidity.
