Wild Beer Co. – Everstone Hazy NZ IPA 5.8% ABV 440ml Cans

This hazy NZ IPA delivers a punchy ripe stone fruit juiciness. The show piece hop is NECTARON. It has only just been released to the market and we have been enamoured by its complexity. The sweet peachy note is balanced with a spicy zing from a huge portion of malted and flaked oats along with a touch of rye malt. Everstone is complex in its malt, hop and fermentation flavour.

UNIQUE ASPECT

New Zealand’s Nectaron hop has a robust boiled sweets character which pairs wonderfully with the spice and alcohol in Everstone. Expect aromas of blueberries, pineapples, touch of mango nectarine, peach, and apricot.
