Zensa Pair - Fiano & Rosa

This organic wine pair from Zensa offers two delightful expressions of Puglia’s terroir. The Fiano white features tropical fruit and floral aromas with a crisp, elegant palate. The Rosé (12.5% ABV) boasts a pale pink hue and vibrant flavours of strawberries, melon, and jasmine, with a mineral freshness and lingering finish. Contents of Case:

• 1 x Fiano - A fragrant, fruity, dry white wine with orange blossom, mango, peach and sage notes on the nose; peach, lemon citrus and mango notes on the palate, and an incredibly well balanced, long and persistent finish. Easy drinking, or pair with fish, shellfish or fried foods. Made from Fiano grapes which are carefully selected from low-yielding, fully organic vineyards.

• 1 x Rosé - An elegant pink with tones of seashells and coral, this wine expresses scents and flavours of strawberries, green melon, roses and jasmine. The palate displays a great balance of exotic fruit, freshness, minerality and zesty acidity, along with a pleasantly long, refreshing and persistent finish.
